The Technology Team is Minnehaha Academy's information and technology division that supports the Minnehaha Academy mission by providing services that promote faculty and student success, improve campus processes, and reflect best IT practices in education.
The Tech Team is your best single point of contact for all technology related questions, comments and requests. All inquiries through our office are tracked and recorded for resolution or routed to our staff for additional actions and follow up. We offer assistance to our students and staff via walk-in sessions, email, phone, and through self-service resources for both campuses.

Help or service requests received by email will be processed either via email or by ticket anytime. Tickets are normally handled during school hours.

Phone service is available during school hours. Messages left after hours will be processed the next school day by creating a ticket and assigning it.

Technology Digital Handbook
Access to the technology at Minnehaha Academy has been established for educational purposes. The use of Minnehaha Academy’s electronic technologies is a valued resource to our community. All electronic technologies must be used in support of the educational program of the school. This access may be revoked at any time for abusive or inappropriate conduct related to the use of electronic technologies.
