Returning Students Back to School
Continuous Enrollment Information
Minnehaha operates with a continuous enrollment system, meaning there is no enrollment contract to sign every year. Instead, students are continuously enrolled at Minnehaha Academy from the time of admission until their graduation from Minnehaha Academy, unless officially withdrawn. A deposit is due March 10th.
Back-to-School Forms
The Back-to-School Form (found in Skyward) must be completed prior to the first day of school for each student enrolled. Minnehaha Academy uses Skyward as its student information system. An email will be sent in the summer of each year with instructions for completing this form. If you are having trouble logging in, please email skyward@minnehahaacademy.net.
Athletic forms must be completed in Bound by the first day of practice (if applicable).

| Registration | Skyward | One form per student. Provides the school with your family's current contact information, parental consent to various school policies and procedures, updated health information for your student, and student transportation plans for the school year. In the case of students with two households, this form can only be completed by the primary household due to software limitations. The other parent will have read-only access to this form. |
| MSHSL Eligibility | Bound | One form per student. Provides the MN State High School League with consent to participation requirements. This form is only required for for student participating in sports. |
| Athletics Sign-Up | Bound | One form per student. Provides the school with updated sports participation intentions for your student. This form is required only for students participating in sports. |
