Extended Day Care

If you will need before or after school care, you will need to preregister your child(ren). Registration opens on Wednesday, August 5th.

 

Google Form

Complete this Google form to indicate your preferences for the following items below. Deadline for completing this form is Monday, August 10, 8 a.m.

  1. Distance Learning Option: If your child(ren) will participate in the first semester of our Distance Learning program, they will need to be registered in the program. Read about our Distance Learning option.
  2. Schedule Your Arrival & Pick-up Times:  This option is for families who will drive to school.
  3. Extended Day Care: Indicate whether you will need before or after school care for your child(ren).

It’s important for us to distribute students across a 20-minute period as evenly as possible for safe entry to school each day. We request families to do everything possible to arrive very close to their designated time.

 

Back-to-School Forms (Skyward)

There are several Back-to-School forms that must be completed prior to the first day of school, Thursday, August 27.

Minnehaha Academy uses Skyward to host student and parent information as well as to take in back to school information through online forms. You should have received an email with your Skyward login information recently including instructions on how to reset your password if you forgot your login information from last year. If you are having trouble logging in, please email skyward@minnehahaacademy.net.

When to Stay Home

Students and faculty must not come to school if they display any symptoms or come into close contact with COVID-19. Please use our decision tree when determining whether or not to come to school.*

*MA follows guidelines from the MN Health Department for reporting contagious illnesses, please let the school know if your child has a contagious illness or if your family has had close-contact exposure to COVID-19.
