Lacrosse (Boys)

Two high school boys competing for the ball in a lacrosse game

Overview

Boys' Lacrosse is a fantastic spring sport option. An exhilarating sport, lacrosse is fast-paced and full of action. The game is played with a stick (the crosse), which must be mastered by the player to pass, scoop, cradle, and shoot the ball.

The team is a co-operative of student-athletes from Minnehaha Academy, St. Paul Academy and Summit School, South St. Paul, DeLaSalle, Concordia Academy, St. Croix Lutheran, and St. Agnes. The primary goal is to develop a positive environment where athletes are able to learn and develop skills needed to play competitive lacrosse. Emphasis will be placed on respect and being positive role models within our schools and communities.

The lacrosse program consists of a Varsity and Junior Varsity team. Any interested student, regardless of experience, is encouraged to participate.
