Admission Process

Below is a high-level overview of our admission process. Your admission counselor will walk you through each step.

1. Inquire
   Get a taste of Minnehaha Academy delivered right to your door. Request information, and we'll send our admission materials to you. 

2. Tour
   Experience our caring community and see transformative learning in action during a personalized tour.

3. Shadow Visit 
   Shadow visits are a fabulous opportunity for children currently in kindergarten or above to spend time at the school and experience a day attending classes, meeting teachers, and making new friends.
   > Elementary and Middle School Shadow Visits are scheduled with your Admission Counselor after you apply.
   > High School Shadow Visits can be scheduled here.

4. Apply - February 1, 2026 - Priority Application Deadline
   Ready to take the next step? Fill out our online admission application. Our admission counselors are happy to answer any questions you may have along the way.

5. Admission Review Committee
   Your child's complete application will be reviewed by a committee.

6. Admission Decision - March 27, 2026 - Priority Application Admission Decision 
   Priority applications will receive their admission decision by March 27, 2026. After that, admission decisions are reviewed on a rolling schedule. You should receive your admission decision within two weeks of completion.
