In Middle School, students are given a sampling of Core Value Experiences throughout the year.
Academic Formation Week
What: During Academic Formation Week, teachers invite students into meaningful, authentic academic work.
Why: Students begin to understand that the gifts and opportunities they have can contribute to the larger story of being part of the kingdom of God, bringing His light and goodness in practical ways to those around us.

Fall Retreat
What: Each fall, our Middle School participates in a three-day retreat at Covenant Pines.
Why: The retreat gives students the opportunity to step away from the pace of school to worship, play, and discover deeper connections with God and one another.

Career Day
What: Each student spends the day observing a real work environment—seeing what a typical day looks like, asking questions, and making connections between their interests and potential career paths. Prior to the job shadow they explore career possibilities, research a career of interest and after the shadow they present to classmates.
Why: Students get the opportunity to see how their talents and interests intersect with a need in the world.
