How We Use the Information We Collect 

Academic Information 

Minnehaha Academy seeks to be a responsible steward of the student information entrusted to its care. A guiding principle is that student information will be used only by those with a legitimate interest, on a need-to-know basis, for the purpose of better teaching and working with a student.

Giving

To process donor requests. The information we request on giving forms is used to process and receipt gifts made to Minnehaha Academy, as well as to send pledge confirmations and other information. If we have questions or concerns regarding a gift, this contact information is used to contact the donor.

Newsletters

To send newsletters. Parents or guardians may receive school-related newsletters based on the email address on file with the school. Email addresses are available to those school officials with a legitimate educational interest and are used for official business and notifications to keep parents informed. The use of parent email addresses is limited to communication from within the Minnehaha Academy community. Parents are encouraged to keep their contact information up-to-date within Skyward. We may also use information about you for additional purposes, including:

  • For school related purposes;

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
