I’m so grateful for the scholarship that enables my children to attend Minnehaha Academy. It has been so helpful to me and has given my children the opportunity to receive a wonderful education. Thank you so much for this gift.
Jana Halstensgard, ’11
Teachers and coaches have pushed me to achieve my best in all areas of life, and most importantly to me, they have pushed me to strengthen my relationship with Christ. I am entirely thankful for this scholarship because it allows me to wake up every morning and go to a school that is not only beautiful and welcoming, but one that shapes my life academically, socially and spiritually in the most fulfilling way possible.
James Barnett, ’04
Teacher, Charlotte, North Carolina
I had the opportunity to go to a school where I received an excellent education. I give credit to the great teachers at Minnehaha Academy who cared a lot about my future and pressed me to maximize my potential. I became a teacher to provide that same opportunity and encouragement to students who through their circumstances must persevere to reach their full potential.
Kelly and JoAnn Griffin
Heritage and Hope Scholarship Founders
We were very fortunate we were able to send our children, Lauren ’04 and Jordan ’07 to Minnehaha where they received an education that prepared them so well for the next steps into college and beyond. We feel doubly blessed to now have the opportunity to support other families. We know our gifts to the Heritage and Hope Scholarship will have significant impact on students both academically and spiritually for the rest of their lives.
