Girls’ Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach
Minnehaha Academy has a seasonal opening for a Girls Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach beginning the 2010/2011 school year:

Qualifications include:

  • Assist Head coach of Girls’ Volleyball, Grades 7 - 12
  • Coaching junior varsity Girls’ Volleyball
  • Adherence to Coaches Code of Ethics
  • Coaching experience in Volleyball
  • State Teaching Certification a plus for other teaching opportunities within the school
  • Ability to relate the Christian faith to learning and life

The Extended Day Program at Minnehaha Academy has the following openings for the beginning of the 2010-11 school year:

Teacher - Fun-N-Friends: 7:00 am - 8:20 am, Monday - Friday, school days only, with the option of 6 - 8 hours days available during school breaks.

Teacher - Yellow Lounge: (Middle School) 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday, school days only, with the option of 6 - 8 hours days available during school breaks.

High School Teacher Aide: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday, school days only, with the option of 6 - 8 hours days available during school breaks.

Qualifications include:

  • Passion for working and playing with children
  • Strong people skills to interact with the children, parents and staff
  • Minimum of one-year experience working with children in a church, school, daycare or camp setting preferred (no experience required for HS Teacher Aide)
  • Ability to plan/implement age appropriate activities
  • Ability to support and implement the mission of the school
  • CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
