The required Service Hour Commitment is 4 hours per parent. Please complete one form per parent, submit by May 1, 2008.
There are leadership opportunities with the Arena Sale, Auction, or Christmas Event that sound fun, please contact me with more information.

I am unable to serve this year. I have included a financial contribution in lieu of service hours (minimum donation of $100 per 4 hours or $200 per 8 hours of service time). Please write "Service Policy 2008/09" in the memo line on checks and mail to Minnehaha Academy Development Office, 3100 West River Parkway, Minneapolis, MN. 55406.
